Penniman East is a small family-friendly community located off of Penniman Road, in the northern part of York County, Virginia. Our neighborhood of 72 single-family homes is conveniently located within minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, the Yorktown Battlefields and historic district, the College of William and Mary, and many different restaurants and shopping outlets. We enjoy quick access to Interstate 64, Route 199, and the Colonial Parkway North entrance, which are less than a mile away. Our children attend Magruder Elementary School, Queens Lake Middle School, and Bruton High School, which are all part of the York County School system, rated among the best in the state! We are proud to live in a community that offers such a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our residents.

The Penniman East Homeowners Association is made up of voluntary homeowners, who are also shareholders of the community, who work together to promote the safety, welfare, and interests of all residents located within the Penniman East subdivision, in York County, Virginia. Our mission is to preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life within our community. We strive to create a family-friendly neighborhood environment, while assisting members in maintaining their investment. We will accomplish this through various programs that support a clean, crime-free, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood; by carrying out the provisions of the association's CC&Rs and Bylaws; and by working closely with various York County government offices.
